Joe Moore’s initial offer to the sharks was 500,000 for 10 percent stake. Not 500,000 for 20 percent. The sharks bit joe Moore so bad.
He could have just borrowed the 750,000usd from the bank. I’m sure he could’ve easily paid that coz he already has a contract to buy worth 8 million dollars from an international company.
750,000 for the 30% of the company and 10% perpetual royalty is way to big
