Never received my order of February 6, 2021.
Me either. I have emailed the company two or three times and tried to email Daymond John directly. I ordered and paid for one in every color the night they were on Shark Tank. It seemed like such a great product. I still want them, but I will be cautious going forward about buying products seen on the show. Not cool to take my $ and not at least respond to inquiries. Next week it will be five months.
That’s the risk you take when buying from a new and unestablished business. Especially during covid times. It has nothing to do with the show. And I’m sure Daymond has better things to do than play customer service for one of the dozens of companies he owns.
Patti – I received notice today that my order has shipped! Hopefully you have or will receive your order shortly, as well. Hoping they are as awesome as I originally thought. I will report back here, either way.
Durr Den – I am pretty sure Daymond wouldn’t be able to own his dozens of companies if he didn’t pay attention to customer service. No successful company/business person “plays” at customer service – it is everything. “Especially during covid times.” All I asked for was a simple response to multiple inquiries.
Same here. Emailed at least 3 times since my February order. Glad to hear you got a notice of shipment. Gives me hope that I wasn’t ripped off!
Twelve days since I received notice my shipment had been mailed – but still not received. I realize the mail is slower these days, but this seems excessive. I will update here if they ever come. Very disappointed.
I guess all that happened on July 17th was that a shipping label was created. No clips received, and apparently none sent. Ordered one of every color over 7 months ago on February 6, 2021.

Today is September 12, 2021. Nothing has ever been received after ordering one of every color back on February 6, 2021 – the day this pitch was made on Shark Tank. Multiple attempts to contact anybody have gone unanswered. Who, if anyone, is accountable for this?
Ordered 4 clips and covers in March. Company has my $100 but never responds to my emails. UPS tracking is a dead end so far.

I ordered this yono clip the night it aired on Shark Tank. Finally received it. It absolutely does not work!!!!!!!!!! It looked amazing on Shark Tank but now it’s a dud. Just a pink paper weight. No customer service either. It took way to long to receive and absolutely no notice or apology for taking so long. Wish I never ordered it. Thought it would be ok since Damon John invested.
