What is Solemates

Solemates is the brand behind the heel protectors that prevents heels from sinking into the grass and protects heels from damage on sidewalks, bricks, grates, decks and cobblestone.

The Solemates flagship product is their patented line of heel protectors designed to prevent stilettos from sinking into the grass.

Solemates Founder Story

Solemates was founded in 2011 by former Goldman Sachs employees, Monica Ferguson and Becca Brown after too many moments of watching high heels sink into the grass or sand while attending outdoor parties.

Solemates After Shark Tank – Where Are They Now?

Before their appearance on Shark Tank, Solemates had grossed over $1 million in sales to date. Following their appearance, sales spiked dramatically and the company sold $1.8 million in heel caps and other accessories in 2018.

The company was unable to close the deal with Robert but they eventually partnered with CVS and can now be found in over 3000 stores worldwide. Solemates can also be found on the Solemates website and Amazon.

Over the past few years, the Solemates brand has extended its product range to include a blister blockers anti-friction balm and an anti bacterial spray that eliminates odors from shoes, gym bags, etc.
