Waiting 10 months for my order. No reply to customer service ph, email or chat. Amazon stopped carrying it too.
Hi, is Shake it Pup, still in business? I find it strange that I placed my order in March, and it’s July and not a word. I placed the orders with Shake it Pup. This was my 3rd order, my 1st I got in 8 days and received 5 or 6 emails. 2nd order took 19 days and got 3 emails. Placed my 3rd order and only got an email from Cooper (the dog). I tried calling and sent emails and no response. So I started researching and now I see Amazon doesn’t have any of their products available and don’t know if or when they would be getting any more in. Above it says still any business! Really? Maybe somebody needs to check again. This Snagwag maybe should make a statement. Maybe Mark got ripped off. Maybe $38 isn’t much, but you are messing with my dogs. 7/14/21
Hi Debra. It looks like this deal didn’t close with Mark but the original founders are still involved and the company is still listed as active. A more complete update will be added soon.

It’s been a year now since my order was placed and I still haven’t received it – spent $60 that I can’t even get back and I truly wanted this product for my dogs.
I ordered product 01/27/2021. I got a response that it would be 2 weeks. February 6, 2021. I receive another email that they are waiting on materials and it would be October 2021. I have tried numerous times to contact them with no response. Their email address no longer works, the company site has been taken down and all products on Amazon are currently unavailable.
Who can I contact to make this right? How many other people ordered, never received product and now are out of money with no response from Mr. AJ Crook and Brent Maiolfi. I would guess there are a lot of people out money that Mr Crook and Maiolfi benefitted from without supplying product to those customers.
I ordered this the night it was on Shark Tank & although there was a shipping delay, the company stayed in constant contact. I purchased a box which contained 4 large assorted bottles & also received a small bottle of Filet mignon flavored seasoning. Unfortunately, the only flavor my dog would *sort of* eat was the filet mignon. In the company’s defense, my dog is a incredibly picky eater. (Hence, the reason I purchased this!) I finally gave all of it to a neighbor for her pug. He seems to enjoy all of them.
