Ryan’s mom passed away in 2018, which is also the year Ryan stopped with Ry’s Ruffery (Ryan’s Barkery). (She had a stroke shortly before her and Ryan appeared on the show, which almost stopped them from being on the show but she pushed through the hot and glaring set lights without telling the producers. She died suddenly so another stroke is possible considering the likelihood of having a stroke after having a first one).
Also, Ryan’s Ruffery’s episode of Behind the Tank did mention Daniela’s (one ‘l’ in her name, not two, by the way) side affects from her stroke (e.g., memory and dexterity issues) and Barbara worrying about her health and their need to hire help for Daniela to manage the business.
