It’s been out of stock since Shark Tank…on back order. Will email when available again. Been waiting…🤷🏽♀️

Matt responded almost immediately and updated the order to one. I am extremely impressed with the excellent customer service.

We ordered 2 Hug Sleep items after watching this on Shark Tank in February. When they arrived, they sent the wrong merchandise, in the wrong size and even in the wrong packaging. We sent photo’s of the items and packaging and they said a manager would review. No response, and none existent customer service ever since then and it’s now over 2 weeks. We are out over $160 USD. The money they got on Shark Tank obviously didn’t go to quality control, nor customer service. I expect mistakes to sometimes happen, but honest businesses fix their mistakes. Cowards just run and take your money….
We’re soured on Shark tank now too, thanks to Hug Sleep. Never again…..
