What is Hairy Grabster?
Hairy Grabster is a company that offers a product that helps with cleaning up excess hairs in the bathroom sink or shower by simply swiping your hands a couple of times over the Hairy Grabster, then it will grab the hair and keep it away from the drain.
Who Owns Hairy Grabster?
The founders of Hairy Grabster are a couple based in the State of Illinois, Patricia Watne and Andrew Watne. Patricia started off in sales and design for Mitchell’s Flowers, Inc from 1989 for 30 years before founding The Watne Group LLC in 2018, a company that comes up with easy solutions to daily problems like the Hairy Grabster. Andrew was an options trader for CBOT/CME Group then moved on to being a project manager for State Farm Insurance, Conifer Health Solutions, then MutliPlan from 2017 to date. Recently, the company announced a new butterfly shape of the Hairy Grabster to be released soon.
The inspiration for the Hairy Grabster was brought about by Patricia’s husband, Andrew, having a sincere concern about the amount of hair that was stuck on their shower wall and that their daughter might need a doctor because of all the hair she left behind, Patricia tried to convince him that it was normal. However, after realizing that shedding is a daily problem for people with longer hair, they decided to work on a solution. After making many prototypes that didn’t quite work and were not proving to be better than what was already in the market, they finally created the Hairy Grabster.
