He is a certified sommelier and a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin. He has worked in various wineries, including Los Olivos Wine Merchant & Cafe. He is currently the CEO at Blendtique Wines.

Billy is determined to find the creative nick in every wine lover and lets them explore the art of winemaking.

At his previous jobs, Mr. Dim has demonstrated his ability to lead teams to achieve unmatched success in the wine and hospitality industry.
