  1. Just got my BIEM BUTTER SPRAYER “BY BREVDA “ unit along with 2 batteries yesterday. Looks like the model 2.0 I’ve seen on Google, but not sure. Made in China per box. UPC code 8 62468 00041 7

  2. Super disappointed with Biem and even more disappointed with Laurie Greiner.
After making many unsuccessful attempts to get Biem “customer service” to answer questions regarding delivery of the unit I ordered, I eventually gave up and reached out to Laurie Greinier. Silly me, I was thinking she would have a vested interest or possibly care about the customers of the companies she invests in, to ensure her reputation would not be smudged. Wrong…. Neither she, or any of her staff responded to two emails I sent her way. Apparently it’s only a money thing for Laurie Greinier and she could care less about the customers of the companies she invests in. I will absolutely never buy a product from Shark Tank where Laurie is one of the investors.

  3. Just like Ken below, I too purchased and received two bad Biem Sprayers. They promised to send me the new version that was coming out within a few months. I tried several times to contact the Biem “customer service” to answer my questions regarding delivery of the replacement unit that they promised to ship, but never received. This is a very expensive item and now they are trying to sell them for $500 on Amazon! What about the customers that purchased and received units that never worked and have never received a refund for or even a response?

  4. Laurie didn’t end up partnering with them. Biem didn’t meet their requirements after the show, so Laurie passed on the deal. I ordered the Biem sprayer on 1/9/2020 and still don’t have it. I can’t even find an email address for them on the contact information on the website. Does anybody have a phone number or email address for them?

  5. I am on my 3rd Replacement. I ordered it the first time it premiered on Shark Tank, took for ever to get it.
It failed, they replaced it with V-2, It did not work, they replaced it with another and it failed.
August of 2019 I was promised a ” NEW” version…. They have not replied and I still have no butter sprayer. Keep your money.

  6. I was very happy to receive a Biem Butter Sprayer for Christmas in 2018. My so owned one and couldn’t wait to gift one to me. Right out of the box I wasn’t able to draw one drop of butter. I called the company and was told to keep the unit and they would send me an updated version. From that time through today I have not able to get a response from the company by email or phone. After many attempts, I discarded the old unit and have no interest in receiving new one or using. Companies like this should be promptly ushered out of business.

  7. Count me in as another victim of what looks like a scam. I called a phone number associated with Doug Foreman and the male who answered hung up on me! There ought to be recourse for those of us out of our money. The Texas Attorney General’s office should lead the way on resolution and so should Shark Tank who may have contributed to this product hype.

    • Yep, count me in too. Bought this in December 2018 and it worked fine the first few times but then stopped working. When I contacted them, they said they would replace it and I could choose from this model or another model coming shortly that would address this problem. 1 1/2 years later I still don’t have the product and they don’t reply now. Save your money – will steer away from shark tank recommendations moving forward. I just saw the QVC electric butter sprayer so will purchase that.

  8. You never knew you needed a butter sprayer until now. Doug Foreman, the creator of the biem Butter Sprayer, appeared on season eight of and wowed the investors. The product does exactly what it says — melts the butter so it can be sprayed on your favorite popcorn, bread, or a pan for cooking. Not only does the sprayer take away the effort needed to evenly spread butter on toast, but it also uses less butter for an even spread, saving you money and also making you healthier. We need this in our kitchens ASAP.

    • Yes, you may need a butter sprayer. But it won’t be a Biem, I bet. I’m still waiting for my replacement – it’s been over a year. I loved the Biem when it worked – though it was big and heavy, it was still a wonderful idea. But it doesn’t appear that Biem is responding to emails, phone calls, or inquiries from the Better Business Bureau. Caveat emptor. Or better yet, just stay away.

      • I too am still waiting for my version two replacement! Just throw it out and save the battery and charger they said. It didn’t last a month, what junk. Shark tank should be ashamed, how could they charge so much for such junk, never again!

  9. We purchased one on 6/25/19 and by 8/6/19 it had stopped working. Reached out to the company and they would not refund our money, but stated they were in the process of revising the sprayer and our name would go on a list to receive a new and improved sprayer…over ONE YEAR later and we’re still waiting… PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

  10. Ordered one back in 2018 along with a spare battery and a UK plug etc; not on Kickstarter but from their website. It never came. They strung me along for months with many emails saying that there was a shipping issue, manufacturing issue etc then eventually I got a vonfirm your address because were shipping… then nothing for months. Then after e-mail continuously I was told that id be getting a V2 but they never ever sent one.

If the law isn’t doing anything and shark tank isn’t doing anything… im guessing that narrows the options.

  11. Has anyone had success in taking one of these apart? Being a repair person I figured I could take it apart and clean it as I really did like it when it worked.

  12. WOW, I watched Shark Tank last night on CNBC, it was a replay shark tank.
I was so excited to get one. found one on Amazon, very expensive. So I wanted to know more about the product, I google and found this all bad review about it.
I am lucky that I didn’t order yet.

I wish Amazon never let this product sale on Amazon!!

Thank you all for review. I hope people do research before order.

  13. Yes, I don’t recommend buying one. I have two brand new (neither one works) that I found while making an attempt to downsize and rid myself of useless stuff. The reason I have two, is that when I purchased this a few years ago, I contacted the company via email which they responded to and sent another unit. It didn’t work either so I emailed them again and got side-tracked by life and now several years later they reared their ugly heads again. That’s my two cents.

  14. Ken- LORI never took the deal. You need to understand that just because someone “makes a deal” on the show, doesn’t mean they actually sign a contract with them. As a user stated below you, Lori never signed the deal. It’s disappointing that you drag someone’s good name for a product they never officially sponsored. Do better.
