  Offer: $250K for a 50% equity stake.
• Jim makes Barbara a counter offer.
  Counter Offer: $250K for a 25% equity stake
• : She’s going to give Jim a moment to think about his counter offer.
• Jim tells Barbara that his decision is final. With that, Barbara goes out and Jim leaves the Shark Tank without a deal.
