Out - : It seems Jim is still in the testing phase and he can’t afford to give his money to Jim for testing.
Out - : She loves the product but she’s on the fence because Jim hasn’t proven to be a good salesman.
Offer: $250K for a 50% equity stake. - Jim makes Barbara a counter offer.
Counter Offer: $250K for a 25% equity stake - : She’s going to give Jim a moment to think about his counter offer.
- Jim tells Barbara that his decision is final. With that, Barbara goes out and Jim leaves the Shark Tank without a deal.
